The City invites Quotations for the provision of Apprenticeship Training: Creative Learning Frameworks and Standards

– Cultural & Heritage Venue Operations Level 3 (F)
– Community Arts Administration Level 2(F)
– Community Arts Management Level 3 (F)
– Creative Venue Technician Level 3 (S)
– Cultural Learning & Participation Officer Level 3 (S)
The City of London is looking for a Training Provider(s) to deliver apprenticeship training as required by apprentice employees of the City of London Corporation. In particular it refers to apprenticeship delivery requirements against the following Standards:
Creative Venue Technician Standard (Reference: ST0106)

This would be on a subcontracting basis. A subcontractor as defined by the by the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) is an organisation that is engaged in a contractual and legally binding arrangement with one or more lead providers, to deliver education and training provision that the ESFA funds. The City of London Corporation (COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LONDON) is the lead provider (UKPRN: 10008915)
The City of London has a current requirement for three Cultural and Heritage Venue Operations apprenticeships with the expectation, but not the guarantee, that further apprenticeships to this Framework and the Standards outlined will be required up to a maximum contract value of £100k. The expected duration for the Creative Venue Technician Standard is 24 months including the time required for End-point Assessment. Any apprentice starts on this contract must therefore start with the training provider no later than July 2020.
The contract is to have a duration of 3 years, subject to the right of the City (at its sole discretion). The maximum length of the contract is therefore 3 years.
