Warrington Borough Council invites applications from established and experienced organisations/providers who wish to be considered to be included on our approved provider list within a framework agreement for the provision of a Drug and/or Alcohol Residential Rehabilitation Programme. Organisations/providers must be within a 100 mile radius of Warrington however, we will consider organisations/providers for the framework agreement who can offer a specialist service i.e. single sex, dual diagnosis, younger people under 25 years, mother and child.
The contract will initially be for three years from 3.11.2014 with an option to extend up to 2 x 12 months thereafter.
Interested applicants will be required to complete and pass a pre-qualification questionnaire. Shortlisted organisations/providers will be included on our approved provider list/framework agreement. Thereafter organisation/providers will be invited to submit a tender for each care package offered. The tender response will need to include a Treatment and Discharge Plan which will outline how you will meet the needs of each individual and a pricing structure as a minimum.
Within the tender, organisations/providers should be able to prove that they have an excellent track record of providing a Drug and/or Alcohol Residential Rehabilitation Programme and will offer Service User led services that promote social inclusion and recovery. The provider will be required to be NDTMS (National Drug Treatment Monitoring System) compliant.
