The bidder is enrolled in the relevant professional or trade registers kept in the Member State of its establishment (as described in Schedule 5 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015): Law Society of Scotland.

Bidders must confirm they can provide the following supporting evidence prior to award:
Employer’s (Compulsory) Liability Insurance = GBP 5 Million. Public Liability Insurance = 5 000 000 GBP.
Professional Liability Insurance = 2 000 000 GBP.
Please refer to question within 4B.6 of the ESPD and Economic and financial standing section of the Contract Notice.
The successful Contractors will be required to provide 2 years audited accounts, or equivalent if awarded to the Framework Agreement.

The Contracting Authority does not intend to include a sub-contract clause as part of community benefits (as per Section 25 of the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014) in this contract for the following reason:
