If you are selected to be a Supplier of archaeological services to one or more of our geographical areas, as above in question 9, are you prepared to participate in an e-auction for specific projects within the areas you are selected for. This would be for specific projects where the amount of archaeological services work and associated costs are anticipated to be high and not what would be considered work of a lesser quantity and more regular cost level.
The returned responses will be assessed. Short-listed applicants will be invited to participate in one or more further pre-qualification and selection processes.
Applicants shall provide details of a single point of contact uincluding e-mail addresses that will be used for further and future communications. All communications from interested applicants, including requests to participate and responses to the above questions must be submitted via electronic mail as detailed in Section I.1.

VI.4.2)Lodging of appeals

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: Anglian Water will incorporate a standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. That notification will provide full information on the award decision. The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into.
