Main site or location of works, place of delivery or of performance: The 0.85 acre site is a disused former petrol filling station.
The property comprises a disused petrol filling station with associated retail shop unit, situated on a site with a relatively flat topography that is zoned as white lands in the Derry Area Plan. The site is located along the A40 Foyle Road adjacent to the existing residential development of Glenanne. The property is located approximately 1 mile from Derry city centre in a mainly residential area.
Ground investigations.
It is expected that the site will be purchased as a ‘clean site’ — the vendor will undertake any contamination remediation and provide appropriate certification. There may be a requirement for additional contamination protection measures as well as piled foundations.
No further surveys have been undertake to date.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: A standstill period at the point of information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. That notification will provide full information on the award decision. The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into.
