The construction of a two storey extension to an existing Science Building.
The construction of a two storey extension to an existing Sports Hall and link to extended Science Building.
Demolition of a single storey building to facilitate the development.
Associated external works including drainage, hard and soft landscaping.
M and E Services installations including provision of a passenger lift.
Installation of specialist catering, laboratory and sport equipment.
Achievement of a BREEAM Excellent rating.
