This will be a two stage competition. Stage 1 applications will be evaluted & scored 100 % Quality to produce a shortlist of applications for progressing to the scond stage. Stage 2 applications will be fee bid applications. Stage two will also see applications subject to judging by a panel.

Stage 1 will be evaluated on a quality basis 100 %. Shortlisted applications will progress to Stage 2.
Stage 2 will be a fee bid process and applications will also be subject to the decision of a judging panel.
