Architectural Design Contract
Architectural Design, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and Cost Management/Quantity Surveying Consultancy Required Sandwell PCT are in the process of delivering several new health centre projects through Sandwell LiftCo or via other private developers.
The schemes are at various stages of the design development process. The PCT require the services of competent and professional companies specialising in the following areas to represent the PCT’s interest through these design stages:
1. Consultant Mechanical and Electrical Engineers;
2. Architectural Design Advisory Services;
3. Cost Management/Quantity Surveying Services.
At this time, the exact nature and requirements of the services cannot be defined, so the PCT are looking to place call off orders for each of the above services for the financial year 2012/13.

Experience with primary care developments is essential.
The tenders will be based on best value offers based on hourly rates for nominated staff, experience and level of nominated staff and experience of primary care developments for the NHS.
