NVA is seeking an architect, working in close partnership with a landscape architect, led design team, highly skilled in the conservation of modernist buildings, comprising architect, landscape architect (joint lead consultants), quantity surveyor, structural engineer, services engineer, hydrologist, access consultant and CDM co-ordinator.
the first stage in the process is the completion of this pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ). The purpose of the PQQ is to allow NVA to evaluate submissions and draw up a short list of design teams (minimum of five) who will then receive full project documentation and be invited to present detailed proposal by interview.
