The Council is proposing to redevelop two residential sites. The sites are:
(i) Corporation Club Site at Slyfield Green, Guildford: Proposed development 12 new homes, comprising houses (ii) 14a to 18 Ladymead, Guildford: Proposed development of 12 new homes comprising flats.
Planning approval has been obtained for the Ladymead development. Planning approval for the site at Slyfield has not yet been sought. The Council proposes to appoint architectural, engineering, QS and project management services to (i) develop the 14a to 18 Ladymead scheme from planning approval stage through to completion of the entire development on site, ready for occupation by tenants (ii) develop the Corporation Club, Slyfield scheme from pre planning application stage through the planning process to completion of the entire development on site, ready for occupation by tenants.

II.2.1)Total quantity or scope:
Consultancy services are required to take the schemes for both proposed developments (14a to 18 Ladymead site and Corporatoon Club site, Slyfield Green) from detailed planning application stage (in the case of the Ladymead scheme) and from pre planning application stage (in the case of the Slyfield scheme) to completed development of each housing scheme, to include all architectural, engineering, quantity surveying, contract administration,project management and associated ancillary functions to produce detailed designs, specifications, PQQ and tender documents for construction contractors for the new homes and the site infrastructure (landscaping,roads, paths, parking, drains, sewers and all other below and above ground services etc), obtain and evaluate tenders in accordance with criteria to be agreed and the Council’s Constitution for constructors and to provide all pre and post construction contract project management and contract administration functions through to final completion on site and delivery of the fully completed built schemes,
ready for occupation by tenants and to final account at the end of the defects liability period for the construction phases for both developments.
