The sites will be split into two lots, and organisations can bid for an individual lot or both lots. The appointed architect will provide services to RIBA Plan of Work 2013 Stages 1 to 3, including attendance at day/evening consultation events, pre-application planning advice sessions, and planning committees for each site; production of Design and Access Statements, and submission of planning applications.
