Artefact Conservation Services

2.2 Description of the goods or services required

To provide Historic Scotland with a general ‘small objects’ conservation service focused on investigative conservation of archaeological artefacts but also offering a range of other remedial and preventative conservation services relation to Historic Scotland’s collections at its properties in care. Other services may include for example site-based surveys and related specialist advice and guidance in support of Historic Scotland’s ongoing object conservation strategy.
