A partnership has been formed between St.Helens Council’s Arts Service, Adult Social Care, Public Health and Library Service, to develop a commission that will engage local communities in arts activity culminating in a performance/film/event/ production at a date to be confirmed.
This is the 3rd of 3 commissions, which seeks to explore new and innovative ways in which the arts can be used as a tool for improving health and well-being of people in receipt of Adult Social Care and Health services or those at risk of needing to access such services
