The required services will span all 3 counties. The joint asbestos removal framework will run for an initial period of 2 years with possibility of a further 2 years being added based on performance. There will be 3 geographical ‘Lots’ Wrexham, Denbighshire and Flintshire.
Licensed removal contractors appointed to the framework must be capable of making a contractual commitment to all requirements set out in this document including any specific to any particular Lot.

Under the terms of this contract the successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver Community benefits in support of the Authority’s economic and social objectives. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations. The Community benefits included in this contract are:
Community benefits will be a non-Core requirement. Non-core will not form part of the evaluation criteria. However, submission of a Non-core Community benefits proposal will be a condition of a compliant bid.
