There is no requirement for asbestos removal. This was tendered and awarded in 2014. The successful provider will work alongside the removal contractor.
The contract will be for 4 years with a further year 2 option.

Objective criteria for choosing the limited number of candidates: Compliant questionnaires submitted will be assessed as per the evaluation criteria in the PQQ. Candidates will be ranked according to their total score — the top scorers will be invited to tender. Depending on range of scores, that number is envisaged as between 5 and 8.
