— management surveys,
— refurbishment or demolition surveys,
— sample analysis,
— air monitoring, and
Please note, asbestos removal is not included within this contract. This is for surveying and sampling only.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
The contract will be awarded to the bidder who provides the best price/quality ratio. The selection criteria must be met in order to be considered. Full procurement information can be found with the documents (see Document 3 — tendering process.

This agreement will start on the date specified in the contract and will remain in force for a period of 36 months with the option to extend for a further 2 periods of 24 months (maximum 7 years) based on the performance of the contractor and at the sole discretion of the employer.
