Description of the contract

Government Digital Service wishes to appoint a suitable supplier who can challenge, validate, update and document: • criteria used by the Transformation Team when assessing proposed digital projects. Key to this will be is assessing the benefits and savings potential; • process and governance of work take-on through validation, initial assessment, feasibility and proof of concept; • Transformation team skills and size required to undertake assessments; • approach to fill any identified gaps in the Transformation Team; and. • ongoing digital portfolio management given the co-delivery / consultancy model.

If you have not yet registered on the eSourcing Suite, this can be done online at https://gpsesourcing.cabinetoffice.gov.uk by following the link ‘Register for GPS eSourcing’. Please note that, to register, you must have a valid DUNS number (as provided by Dun and Bradstreet) for the organisation which you are registering, who will be entering into a contract if invited to do so at the Invitation to Tender stage.
