Applicants are invited to pre-qualify for the contract for Audience Research Services,The scope is to deliver a year-round programme of on-site audience research in order to gain actionable insight that will help drive more visits to Royal Museums Greenwich, for a duration of 3 years with the option to extend to 4 years.
The key tasks to be performed by the successful Tenderer shall be:
— Conduct on-site, in-person surveys at all our sites to collect data about our visitors: their profile, motivations, triggers and behaviours. The sample size must be statistically robust.
— Design and produce a questionnaire to collect the data.
— Compile, analyse, and report on the data quarterly and annually in order to provide actionable insight, with appropriate levels of recommendation and context in the marketplace.
