Description of the contract

Members of the team have already undertaking training in ISO 9001 and Internal Audit (2 day event) and several have undertaken Lead Auditor training (5 day event). The IIA Certificate is required to enhance the skills of the team in order to deliver effective assessments of the controls and mitigation of risk across the Home Office and the compliance with these controls. The requirement is for the delivery of IIA Certificate training to 24 delegates in two tranches. We require the delivery of Tranche 1 to commence January 2014 and it to comprise: Core Award C1b – Governance and risk management (public sector) – 12 delegates Core Award C2 – Internal audit planning and assurance framework – 12 delegates Optional Award C3 – Effective delivery of audit and assurance – 5 delegates Optional Award C4 – Interpersonal skills for audit and assurance – 2 delegates Optional Award C5 – Information systems audit and assurance – 1 delegate Optional Award C6 – Compliance audit and assurance – 7 delegates Optional Award C7 – Audit and assurance in a changing environment – 9 delegates Tranche 2 to commence February/March 2014, comprising of: Core Award C1b – Governance and risk management (public sector) – 12 delegates Core Award C2 – Internal audit planning and assurance framework – 12 delegates Optional Award C3 – Effective delivery of audit and assurance – 8 delegates Optional Award C4 – Interpersonal skills for audit and assurance – 3 delegates Optional Award C6 – Compliance audit and assurance – 6 delegates Optional Award C7 – Audit and assurance in a changing environment – 7 delegates Please see attached document for full description.
