The Trust is seeking to procure the design, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of a replacement parking access and payment system for Darlington Memorial Hospital staff and public on-site car parks. The system must be capable of automated number plate recognition (ANPR) vehicle management, ticketless payments and cash and cashless payment methods whilst being pay on foot (on exit) in nature. The Trust currently has 150 car parking spaces for public use.
The service provider will also be responsible for the administration of the issuing of parking charge notices to non-compliant users and the collection of relevant monies on behalf of the Trust.
This opportunity is for 36 months with the option to extend by two further periods of 12 months.
