Description of the contract

An AV supplier for the Digital R&D programme for arts and culture will be required to develop, produce and deliver a body of video and audio content documenting the progress of the eight Digital R&D projects and a series of learning resources focussed on the six hot digital topic areas (listed below). The content will take the form of eight case study videos and a series of six magazine-style audio podcast programmes. The content will be hosted online via Arts Council England channels. The supplier must be experienced in developing magazine-style editorial programming and short-form project case studies and be able to deliver engaging content for online audiences. The target audience for the audio and video content is B2B professionals within the arts and culture sectors. This includes both Arts Council-funded and non-Arts Council funded organisations. These professionals will have varying levels of digital knowledge from basic to advanced; it will be crucial to pitch the resources at the right level to avoid patronising or baffling. Audiences will be using the content as a learning resource to help inform their own forthcoming digital activity in the hot digital topic areas.
