Description

Retender (competitive bidding) of the current agreement to monetise all BBC Podcasts distributed outside of the UK. The contract supplier will be required to:

i. Provide a technical solution to enable splitting BBC podcast streams between UK and Ex-UK

ii. Sell and insert audio advertising into the Ex-UK podcast feeds

iii. Enable the distribution of those monetised feeds into all usual endpoints for the BBC as per RSS distribution

iv. Manage all sales and inventory in compliance with the BBC's advertising guidelines and procedures

Responding to the tender: 3.1 – Click 'My Response' under PQQ/ITT Details', you can choose to 'Create Response' or to 'Decline to Respond' (please give a reason if declining). 3.2 – You can now use the 'Messages' function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification. 3.3 – Note the deadline for completion, and then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the PQQ/ITT. There may be a mixture of online and offline actions for you to perform (there is detailed online help available). 3.4 You must then submit your reply using the 'Submit Response' button at the top of the page.
