Total quantity or scope of tender

The anticipated requirement is up to 12 Training Events per year, covering up to 12 participants per event. The training should be designed specifically for those attending and must deliver as a minimum the following outcomes:

a greater task and outcomes focus in participants;

a greater understanding of personal style along with a broader appreciation of others’ preferred styles;

enhanced communication skills – particularly in the areas of negotiating and influencing;

a range of tools and strategies which can be used to embed the above in participants’ practice.
