The provision of additional support will be on an ad-hoc basis and may be one of multiple suppliers providing this service.
Benefits processing is to include the processing of new applications, change of circumstances and reviews for housing benefit and council tax reduction to completion, adhering to agreed speed of processing times and quality targets.
Revenues processing is to determine rateable occupation and manage accounts where disputes are made, prepare and issue statements of accounts, prepare rate refunds, maintain records with regard to the granting of reliefs and exemptions and to assist with the recovery of arrears. This is to be done within agreed speed of processing times and quality targets.
