Stoke-on-Trent City Council wishes to appoint 1 or more service providers to deliver Bikeability and Bikeability Plus training to children at local schools and venues across the city from 1.9.2016 to 31.8.2020. The council intends to create a framework using providers as and when required for the different bikeability and bikeability Plus modules needed.

Stoke-on-Trent City Council intends to appoint 1 or more service providers to deliver a range of Bikeability training predominately to children at local schools in Stoke-on-Trent. It is intended that this training will be complemented with modules from the Bikeability Plus Scheme. The training will be delivered from 1.9.16 to 31.8.20. The successful providers will be placed on a framework to be used as and when required to deliver various modules within Bikeability and Bikeability Plus package of training.
