II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

The Supplier will deliver the following training per financial year until March 2020:

4,473 Bikeability Level 1&2 (combined course) places.

341 Bikeability Level 3 places.

524 Bikeability Plus Balance places.

131 Bikeability Plus Learn to Ride places.

All training places will be delivered according to Department for Transport/Bikeability National Standards and ratios. Training is to be offered equitably to all schools across the county of Lincolnshire regardless of location or school size.

Procurement is on the Open Procedure under Light Touch Regime Rules. The maximum contract value is 1 000 000 GBP (subject to funding).

The initial contract term is for 2 years, 10 months but may be extended on a yearly basis up to a period of 4 years, 10 months subject to further funding becoming available. The initial contract value is approximately £550,000.
