The Blackwell Reach Regeneration Project is a scheme being delivered in a partnership, consisting of 1575 new homes (including re-provision for existing residents of the Robin Hood Gardens Estate), commercial premises and community facilities in E14. Tower Hamlets Council and the GLA are principal landowners and joint clients with Swan HA as Developer. Outline planning approval is in place. As is resevre matters approval for phase 1A. Architects are sought to review the existing masterplan and design to RIBA stage D the two next development phases.

We are looking to review the outline approval for the scheme holistically to ensure that the aspirations of all stakeholders will be met. The work will include significant liaison with the community and with officers of the Council and GLA

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: (1) All candidates will be required to produce a certificate or declaration demonstrating that they are not bankrupt or the subject of an administration order, are not being wound-up, have not granted a trust deed, are not the subject of a petition presented for sequestration of their estate, have not had a receiver, manager or administrator appointed and are not otherwise apparently insolvent.
