Blended Social Marketing Alcohol Campaign for Glasgow

Description of the goods or services required

On behalf of the City Centre Alcohol Action Group (CCAAG) for Glasgow, NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde along with local partners wish to develop and deliver an engaging alcohol campaign that young people and young adults can contribute to and be part of. The campaign will run over 2-3 years and should use a variety of marketing and media options including but not limited to social media, web and mobile technologies to allow the target audience of 16-24 year olds to engage with the themes and messages of the campaign as well as to co-produce the name, design and content and influence the delivery media.

A commissioned partner or consortium of partners is sought to work with a steering group to develop a collaborative programme with local young people and young adults aged 16-24.

The total budget for years one and two for this campaign is £90,000 including VAT if applicable. The breakdown of this is as follows:

1st October 2013 – 31st March 2014 £40,000

1st April 2014 – 31st March 2015 £50,000
