III.1.1)Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers

List and brief description of conditions:

4D.1: tenderers must hold the following accreditations (or equivalent):

ISO 9001 quality management system.

ISO 27001 information management system.

Cyber Essentials.

ISO14001 – where the tenderer is not the original equipment manufacturer for the proposed hardware, the certificate would pertain to the OEM for that hardware.

Where the tenderer is stating that equivalent accreditation is held, question 4D.1.1 must be completed.

III.1.2)Economic and financial standing

List and brief description of selection criteria:

4B.1.2: tenderers will be required to have a minimum average yearly turnover of 1 600 000,00 GBP in each of the last 3 financial years.

4B.5.1b: the tenderer must maintain employer’s liability insurance in the sum of not less than 10 000 000 GBP in respect of any one incident and unlimited as to numbers of claims.

4B.5.2: the tenderer must maintain public liability insurance in the sum of 10 000 000,00 GBP in respect of any one incident and unlimited as to numbers of claims.

4B.5.2: the tenderer must maintain professional liability insurance in the sum of 2 000 000,00 GBP in respect of any one incident and unlimited as to numbers of claims.
