Assisting the company with a preventative maintenance programme and advising the company with regard to improvements to energy efficiency. General plumbing services including attendance to fault reports including outside normal working hours for blocked toilets, urinals, sinks, water leaks and other plumbing issues. Attendance to site required within 1 hour.
