Bradford Renewables AD Project – Feedstock Appraisal
Bradford Renewables AD is a project supported by The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (the Council)with the aim of setting up a community renewable energy facility based on anaerobic digestion technology. At this stage of the project it is important for the project team to have a full understanding of the potential feedstock supplies within and close to the borders of Bradford District. The quantity of different feedstock types is the most important strand in an assessment of the viability of a community AD. The Council are looking to appoint an organisation to carry out a full assessment of potential feedstock in the district as it is important to understand what proportion of each feedstock supply can be realistically secured for the project, how this can be collected and transported to site and for what price/gate fee. Further information can be found in the Invitation to Quote document that can be accessed after registering interest in this requirement using the link on this page.
