The Belfast Hub project is a major transport led regeneration project being managed by Translink in conjunction with the Department for Infrastructure. The project involves the creation of a new multi modal transport Hub in Belfast which also will provide the catalyst for the development of the wider site into a range of complimentary mixed uses as well as the regeneration of the wider area as a whole. Translink require the appointment of an experienced branding agency to help solidify and deliver the key messages and values for the project in a coherent manner and to create a strong and compelling project brand or brands and identity that will be used to communicate the project and the opportunities it presents, to a range of stakeholders and wider community. The conditions of contract will an NEC3 Professional Services Contract commencing in August 2016 for a period of approximately 4 years at an estimated cost of 270 000.
