the Dog Warden Service will require the successful Supplier to: — Investigate, seize, collect and return to the owner or kennel any dog which is reported as a stray dog within the area of the Authority. — Undertake enforcement activities for dog fouling and other dog control offences. — Assist the Authority with additional patrolling and investigation of noise complaints relating to dogs as and when required. — Promotion of responsible dog ownership through safety talks in schools;-Micro chipping events; and — Training schemes for dog owners.
