The Homes and Community Agency wishes to appoint a contractor for the design and construction of a new three lane road bridge, and associated highway improvements over the River Avon from Cattle Market Road in Bristol to the site known as Temple Quay 3. The construction will take place under the NEC3 contract and operate within a programme of 52 weeks. The contractor must therefore consider the programme and resources necessary to achieve a successful project.

This procurement and award is subject to the transparency arrangements being adopted by the UK Government. These arrangements include the publication of tender documentation issued by the HCA and the contract between the HCA and supplier.
