Bristol Court is a purpose-built Extra Care Scheme due to launch in September 2019. The development includes 94 flats with care and support staff on-site 24/7 (c. 25 staff per day).
Bristol Court will be home to residents with a range of needs and characteristics, including frail elderly people, people with Learning Disabilities (LD), Physical Disabilities, and people with Dementia.
The Council is seeking to appoint a strategic partner to exclusively provide an on-site catering service. Please refer to the power point presentation entitled Bristol Court Catering Presentation which forms part of the procurement documentation. The council is seeking business cases to operate the catering services, therefore no specification has been produced, however the outcomes are contained in the presentation.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
The Council is seeking a strategic partner to deliver the Bristol Court Catering Service. The service will provide a range of healthy and nutritious food and drink on-site, seven days per week, 365 days per year — including public holidays.
At minimum, the service will provide 1 meal per day to each resident of the scheme, which residents will pay for via a fixed daily cost included within the service charge. The landlord, LB Hounslow Housing, will then pay the provider.
At the provider’s discretion, the service may also provide additional meals and services above and beyond the minimum condition of tenancy meal requirement, including vending services. The provider will pay an agreed proportion of profits made from additional sales back to the landlord to benefit service users.
