The framework supplier(s) will finance, project manage, design, procure, construct, operate and maintain the installations. Bristol Water plc has already identified a number of sites where such installations may be possible. Partners will be offered the exclusive opportunity to develop detailed proposals which allow Bristol Water plc to enter into a long term power purchase agreement with the supplier(s). Bristol Water plc will co-ordinate with the framework suppliers to identify and review proposals.
