The British Council is seeking interest from photographers who can provide photographic services at a range of events, scenarios and locations across the UK and overseas. It is important to note that the British Council is seeking to set up 2 frameworks, 1 for events photographers and the other for commissioned shoots.

Suppliers will be expected organise travel and equipment for shoots that will be predominantly overseas. Almost always the British Council will organise the scenarios and models in country and the photographer will be expected to manage the shoot on location.

Suppliers will be required to organise and manage the photography at events following a specific brief set by the British Council. The events will be will predominantly UK based and for short durations of time, ranging from a few hours to a full day. Suppliers will be required to organise the collation of any permits, data protection forms, and usage documentation as agreed per commission.
