The British Museum wishes to establish frameworks with a number of contractors who have relevant experience (including Grade 1 listed building works) in the arts and culture or similar sectors. Lot 1 is for General Building Works projects with a value between 25 000 GBP and 2 500 000 GBP. Lot 2 is for Mechanical and Electrical Works projects with a value between 25 000 GBP and 2 500 000 GBP.

The British Museum wishes to award framework agreements to suitably qualified contractors for the provision of general building works including roof repairs and replacement, refurbishment works to back of house and permanent gallery spaces. Works will be commissioned by discrete pieces of work through mini-competition or direct call off using JCT Minor or Intermediate Works contract with British Museum amendments.

Works will be commissioned by discrete pieces of work through mini-competition or direct call off using the JCT Minor or Intermediate Works contract with British Museum amendments.
