Description of the contract

The supply of State Aid legal advice services in respect of pilot schemes and main procurement to be undertaken by Lincolnshire County Council in delivering its local Broadband Plan which was approved by Broadband Delivery UK (BDUK), the arm of government responsible for funds for rural broadband, in January 2012. The role of the supplier will be to advise Legal Services Lincolnshire at each stage of the process, identify any weaknesses that needs to be addressed, ensure that the Council’s notices is approved in a timely fashion, and that it is robust against any challenge.
