Internet Services will be delivered to a number of constituency office locations dispersed throughout Northern Ireland as listed in the tender documents.
A number of MLA’s currently do not avail of centrally funded Constituency Office Broadband Internet Services.

The Northern Ireland Assembly Commission is responsible for providing the property, staff and services needed for Assembly purposes. Broadband Internet Services are required for up to 108 members of the NI Assembly within constituency offices located throughout Northern Ireland. The initial connection will be funded by the Assembly Commission. Assembly Members may at any time during the life of the contract order additional Broadband Internet Connections for their Constituency Offices. These additional connections will normally be funded by the Assembly Member through Office Cost Expenditure (OCE).

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: The Northern Ireland Assembly Commission will incorporate a standstill period at the point that information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. That notification will provide information on the award decision. The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into.
The Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (SI 2006 No 5), as amended, provide for Economic Operators are at risk of harm or who have been harmed by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
