Companies appointed to this framework will have to:
Co-ordinate with the Parliamentary Broadcast Unit at regular formal and informal meetings during the progress of a project.
Co-ordinate with Parliamentary staff and other Contractors providing services on the site, eg Electrical, IT or Building Services.
Comply with the Parliament management regulations, for example, with respect to security and asbestos management.
Ensure personnel follow all the Authoritys requirements with regard to security and access to the Parliamentary Estate.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: Applicants seeking to be included on the selected list for service providers are required to complete a pre-qualification questionnaire. The pre-qualification questionnaire shall include, but not be limited to , the matters detailed under clauses III.2.2 and III.2.3 below.
