Builders work Electrical work Mechanical work All Contractor must be CHAS registered hold valid CSCS Card and be member of construction line. The trust will require written confirmation that all staff and sub-contractors on site are CRB (Criminal records bureau) approved. It is the main contractors responsibility to provide this statement of compliance on behalf of all his team. No confirmation email or letter will result in no order placed and no start on site.
