Renfrewshire Council and Williamsburgh Housing Association are seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced building contractor for a new joint Renfrewshire Council (RC) and Williamsburgh Housing Association (WHA) housing regeneration development project. The development project is to construct rentable housing and shall consist of a 24 unit Grouped Amenity facility for Renfrewshire Council and 23 general needs homes for Williamsburgh Housing Association on the fully cleared site area lying to the south of Seedhill Road, Paisley, bounded to the west by Auchentorlie Quadrant, to the east by the access road serving existing park and ride car park and to the south by the fence line to the Glasgow / Paisley Canal Street railway
