The contracting authority, London Borough of Newham (LBN) is seeking to procure a long term consultant to undertake “Construction Related Long Term Multi-Disciplinary Consultants Agreement”. The services will comprise a range of construction related consultancy services on planned capital projects, long-term maintenance and engineering services to maintain and improve the built environment of the contracting authority’s built assets. The service provider will be a multi-disciplinary consultant with the ability to provide all of the services required, either in-house or as part of a consortium. Description of particular conditions: The selected providers will be required to perform the services to the required standards set out in the ITT. The Authority reserves the right to require a group of Consultants to take a particular legal form or require a Consultant to take primary liability or require that each party undertakes joint and several liability irrespective of the vehicle established. The Authority reserves the right to require Applicants to meet certain economic, social and environmental conditions which will be set out in the Invitation to Tender (ITT).
