The Contracting Authority are seeking to appoint a technical consultant to provide technical support services to the Authority in relation to the Authority’s Capital Build Programme.
The technical advisory services being procured will assist the Authority to establish the appointment of a design and build contractor who will be appointed to a single supplier framework (D&B Framework) to deliver approximately eight new build contracts.
The technical adviser will also provide support and advice to the Authority throughout the term of the D&B Framework which will include project management services to the Authority in respect of the D&B Framework but also employer agent / contractor administrator, quantity surveying and clerk of works services in relation to individual building contracts as they are called off from the D&B Framework.

The successful bidder will be required to provide full project management services and technical consultancy services throughout the term of the contract. Additional services in respect of individual building contracts under the D&B Framework may also be required, including Employers Agent services, clerk of works services and quantity surveying services.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: The Contracting Authority will be using the InTend etendering tool to facilitate this procurement. InTend can be accessed at in-tenthost.co.uk/Clevelandfire.
You will need to register your company on the system to gain access to the PreQualification Questionnaire (PQQ). Once you have registered your company on the system by creating a username and password you will be asked to complete details of your company. Once you have completed the registration process you will be required to express an interest against the opportunity to gain access to the PQQ Contract Needs document and Questionnaire.
