The procurement of the building contractor will be by a two-stage process. The contractor appointed as a result of this tender process, will be appointed under a pre-construction services agreement and will progress to Stage 2 subject to satisfactory final development of the design, satisfactory provision of the deliverables specified in the PCSA, achievement of the Council’s budget and programme, and the Council’s final decision as to whether to proceed.

The scope of the work will include a full strip and fit out comprising ventilation and heating solutions, lighting upgrades, new layouts and provision of a variety of spaces such as open plan areas, meeting rooms and a café/deli.
