Building construction work. Building construction work. The City University wishes to engage a range of contractors to carry out refurbishment, replacement and new build projects across the estate. It is intended to appoint contractors on a term framework arrangement, based on amongst other elements tendered overheads, profit levels, turnover, references and reputation. Work orders will be subject to limited tender between framework partners, based on specifications, schedules and drawings. The main objectives are to raise standards of delivery, provide continuity of work and value for money.
