How to apply

Demolition of an existing lock keeper’s relief facility building, it is a a small brick and tiled pitched roof building. Construction of a new, slightly larger, similar styled brick building with tiled pitched roof. Internal fit out will consist of: a DDA compliant toilet / shower room, a small kiosk for serving food and beverages, a mess room and kitchen and a small store room. Internal floor area 37m2. Connection into existing services will be required and landscaping around the building when complete. The contractor must have experience of working on traditional domestic house builds. The timescales in respect of these works is to be complete by the end of December 2012 subject to Planning Permission. The contract will be let under the JCT Minor Works Building Contract 2005, Revision 1 2007.
