Description of the goods or services required

Scottish Enterprise is seeking to appoint a competent contractor who will provide a complete package of work to reflect our business aims and vitalise our new premises at Old Change House, London, EC4. We also require the contractor to successfully relocate our staff from our current office at Cannon Street, EC4N . The works are to reflect use as a busy meeting hub for our large number of business customers and international visitors, including regular high profile guests. The package will focus on interior design and space planning through to completion of refurbishment and relocation of our staff.

Interested suppliers will be required to visit both locations to review the existing space, then design and plan an innovative solution to create an inspiring and stimulating working environment for our staff and vibrant meeting space for our customers. SE requires the design to reflect our contemporary and forward thinking business environment and be able to adapt to any future changes.

The successful contractor will be required to ensure that the highest standards of health and safety are met throughout the duration of the contract. In addition, the successful contractor should have adequate systems and procedures in place to ensure that only competent contractors with high standards of health and safety are used during the project. All the work should be carried out in line with all relevant and current legislation and associated best practice and industry standards.
