Proposed works include are: a) Refurbishment of the flats including the installation of new gas central heating, upgrading of electrical installation, new kitchen and provision of a wetroom. b) Remedial repairs to bedsits, communal kitchen, communal dining room, laundry and sleep in office. Dividing the large bathroom into 2 wetrooms. c) External works include clearing gardens of play equipment, rubbish etc and remedial works to the lightening protection system. d) Communal Works include upgrading of Door entry System, Fire alarm System and Communal electrics.
